Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
